Two weeks ago I discovered that I could publish directly to the Kindle site on Amazon.  This would give me an opportunity to get “I Called Him Grand Dad” published for users of Kindle.  My second book, “Desert Burning” was turned electronic by the publisher but “I Called Him Grand Dad” came out a littler earlier than the point in time that this option was available.  The electronic publishing was an easy experience and as the electronic version is sold Amazon will transfer the author’s proceeds directly to the author’s account.  This can potentially lead to anyone that wants to be published to get it done electronically.  Simply write the book and publish it.   We may be witnessing the future of publishing with the only constraints being the ability to get it into the Library of Congress.  It is important to keep the written fiber of our country housed in the greatest library in the world.
